Detailed information about the DNA test (test principle)<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Test materstva<\/strong>\u00a0je zalo\u017een\u00fd na anal\u00fdze \u013eudsk\u00e9ho genetick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, kyseliny deoxyribonukleovej (DNA). DNA je line\u00e1rna molekula, nach\u00e1dzaj\u00faca sa v\u00a0jadr\u00e1ch buniek, v ktorej vy\u0161etrujeme \u00faseky, naz\u00fdvan\u00e9 syst\u00e9my alebo\u00a0<strong>markery typu STR<\/strong>. Tie maj\u00fa u r\u00f4znych jedincov rozli\u010dn\u00fa d\u013a\u017eku. D\u013a\u017eka \u00faseku sa ozna\u010duje ako alela a vyjadruje sa \u010d\u00edslom. Ka\u017ed\u00fd jedinec m\u00e1 dve alely dan\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, pri\u010dom die\u0165a v\u017edy zded\u00ed jednu z nich od matky a druh\u00fa od otca. V ka\u017edom syst\u00e9me teda die\u0165a mus\u00ed ma\u0165 jednu alelu rovnak\u00fa, ako jeho biologick\u00e1 matka. Pri tomto teste <strong>vy\u0161etrujeme z\u00e1kladn\u00fd set 16 markerov typu STR,<\/strong>\u00a0plus jeden \u010fal\u0161\u00ed \u00fasek, ktor\u00fdm sa ur\u010d\u00ed genetick\u00e9 pohlavie p\u00f4vodcu vzorky.<\/p>\n<p>Na vykonanie testu otcovstva sa odoberaj\u00fa <strong>vzorky od die\u0165a\u0165a aj \u00fadajnej matky<\/strong> prostredn\u00edctvom buk\u00e1lneho steru (v\u00fdter z \u00fastnej dutiny) na odberov\u00fa s\u00fapravu (1 pre testovan\u00fa matku a 1 pre testovan\u00e9 die\u0165a), ktor\u00fa v\u00e1m za\u0161leme, alebo pomocou ne\u0161tandardn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n<p>Ak chcete naraz testova\u0165 viac os\u00f4b (det\u00ed, potenci\u00e1lne matky, alebo prida\u0165 otca), je mo\u017en\u00e9 za pr\u00edplatok prida\u0165 v objedn\u00e1vke \u010fal\u0161ie testovan\u00e9 osoby.<\/p>\n<p>Odobrat\u00e9 vzorky pozost\u00e1vaj\u00fa z epitelov\u00fdch buniek, ktor\u00e9 obsahuj\u00fa DNA (deoxyribonukleov\u00fa kyselinu). V na\u0161om akreditovanom genetickom laborat\u00f3riu sa n\u00e1sledne z buniek extrahuje DNA, ktor\u00e1 je podroben\u00e1 d\u00f4kladnej a presnej anal\u00fdze, najmodernej\u0161\u00edmi met\u00f3dami. Z\u00edskan\u00fd DNA profil die\u0165a\u0165a je n\u00e1sledne porovnan\u00fd s DNA profilom \u00fadajnej matky a \u0161tatisticky vyhodnoten\u00fd. Ke\u010f\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 die\u0165a zded\u00ed svoju genetick\u00fa inform\u00e1ciu od oboch svojich biologick\u00fdch rodi\u010dov, sk\u00famanie DNA testovan\u00fdch os\u00f4b presne ur\u010d\u00ed pravdepodobnos\u0165, \u010di \u00fadajn\u00e1 matka je biologickou matkou die\u0165a\u0165a (viac ako 99,9 %) alebo 0% (v pr\u00edpade vyl\u00fa\u010denia).<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdsledkom DNA testu<\/strong> je <strong>jednoduch\u00e1 v\u00fdsledkov\u00e1 spr\u00e1va<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 materstvo bu\u010f<strong> jednozna\u010dne vyl\u00fa\u010di <\/strong>alebo ozna\u010d\u00ed za<strong> prakticky dok\u00e1zan\u00e9.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>2. Who is this test suitable for?<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>It is suitable for anyone who has personal doubts or questions about biological parenthood concerning a specific child and wants to verify the biological relationship first.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>3. How will the DNA test result help me, and what will I learn?<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Potvrdenie alebo vyl\u00fa\u010denie materstva:<\/strong> Prim\u00e1rnym v\u00fdsledkom testu je ur\u010denie, \u010di je testovan\u00e1 \u017eena biologickou matkou die\u0165a\u0165a. Delivery of the collection kit<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>You can choose from the following delivery options for the collection kit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Slovak Post<\/strong>\u2013 registered letter to your hands. The package will arrive within 2\u20134 business days from the date of the order.<\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\">DPD courier \u2013 delivery by courier to the address you provide. The package is usually delivered within 1\u20132 business days from the date of the order.<\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>DPD pickup point<\/strong>  - delivery to DPD pickup points. The package is usually delivered 1\u20132 business days from the date of the order. Payment options<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>You can pay for the DNA test using the following methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Online payment by card<\/strong>\u2013 If you choose this option, you can make the payment for the test by card through the Stripe payment gateway. VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro cards are accepted. After a successful payment and order creation, you will receive a confirmation email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bank transfer<\/strong> \u2013 After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details (IBAN, variable symbol, amount). You can make the payment either through your online banking or by making a deposit at a bank.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal pickup \u2013 payment in cash or by card <\/strong>\u2013 this option is only available if you choose personal pickup of the collection kit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After ordering the test, you will receive an email confirmation of your order in all cases.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>6. Test process \u2013 sample collection, analysis<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">DNA samples are usually obtained through a <strong>cheek swab<\/strong> or from <strong>non-standard material<\/strong>.\nYou can perform the oral swab yourself in the comfort of your own home using the collection kit that we send as standard together with instructions, collection instructions and a form.<\/p>\n<p>If it is not possible to collect a sample using the provided collection kit due to the unavailability of the tested individual, other available samples or items from the tested person can be used \u2013 non-standard material. The analysis of non-standard material is subject to an additional fee according to the current price list. Test result \u2013 how long it takes, where it will be delivered<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">The result of the DNA test will be sent to you <strong>by email no later than 5 business days<\/strong> after the samples are delivered to the laboratory, to the email address provided in your order. If you choose the option for a printed result in your order, we will also send the result by mail to the address you provided.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">If you need the test result sooner, it is possible to prioritize the analysis in our laboratory for an express fee (result within 2 or 3 business days).<\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>8. Interpretation of the result<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Materstvo vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00e9<\/strong> \u2013 materstvo ozna\u010denej \u017eeny je vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00e9 (v danom syst\u00e9me) vtedy, ak ozna\u010den\u00e1 \u017eena nem\u00e1 ani jednu z dvojice alel, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 v danom syst\u00e9me testovan\u00e9 die\u0165a. Vzh\u013eadom na zriedkav\u00fa mo\u017enos\u0165 n\u00e1hodnej dedi\u010dnej zmeny DNA \u2013 mut\u00e1cie, sa materstvo poklad\u00e1 za spo\u013eahlivo vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00e9, a\u017e ke\u010f ho vylu\u010duj\u00fa najmenej dva z vy\u0161etren\u00fdch STR syst\u00e9mov.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materstvo prakticky dok\u00e1zan\u00e9<\/strong> &#8211; ak materstvo nie je vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00e9, vypo\u010d\u00edta sa hodnota indexu materstva a pravdepodobnos\u0165 materstva.
