Marian Baldovi\u010d, PhD.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not only the court, but also\u00a0<strong>private individuals\u00a0<\/strong>can request the preparation of a forensic expert opinion, and its result can be applied before a court or other state authority. However, all participants must agree to the performance of expert testing.<\/p>\n<p>The collection (swab of the oral mucosa) must be performed by a forensic expert in person, so the date and place of collection must be agreed with him in advance.
